By downloading or using the Commentary Box application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Services Provided
Commentary Box is a dedicated cricket scores app providing real time match data, Live Activities, and smartwatch widgets. We cover major global cricket tournaments. We explicitly do not provide real time textual ball by ball commentary.
2. Data Accuracy
While we strive to ensure that the cricket scores and updates provided in the App are as accurate and prompt as possible, we cannot guarantee completely error free or uninterrupted data due to the reliance on third party sports data sources and internet connectivity.
3. App Usage and Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks.
- Attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
- Use the App to scrape or mass-collect sports data for commercial redistribution.
4. Updates to the App
We are constantly updating and improving Commentary Box. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. If we implement charges in the future, it will be done explicitly and transparently.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the App or us.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
